SHIPPING

Processing Time:
2-10 business days after purchase. This does not include shipping time.

Shipping Method:
All orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rate is determined by USPS rates, delivery location, and package dimension (weight and size).

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address a refund will not be issued. If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, a shipping refund will not be issued. You will receive a refund for the ordered items only. If you still want the items, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping plus a $5 handling fee. 

If you discover an error before your items are shipped, please email immediately. I will be happy to cancel your order so you may re-enter it.

Estimated Shipping Times:
Domestic (USA): 1 - 2 weeks 
Canada: 2 - 4 weeks
All other locations: 4 - 8 weeks.

Tracking:
When your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. It may take 24 hrs. for tracking details to show.

Handling:
Once your package is handed over to the postal service, it is no longer in my care. I am not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your item is lost, please email me at quitesopretty@gmail.com. I will reach out to USPS to request an investigation.

USA & Canada: If a product arrives damaged, please take a photo within 48 hours of delivery and email it along with your order number to quitesopretty@gmail.com. You must send a photo of the exterior packaging and of the damaged item.

Each request that is received within 48 hours will be reviewed and a replacement issued. If your request is received after 48 hours, a replacement is not guaranteed.

All other locations: All sales are final. Due to the lengthy travel times and multiple handlers, I do not offer replacements or refunds on any international order.

Customs & Taxes:
You are responsible for any and all customs and import taxes. If you refuse your package and it is returned to me, a shipping refund will not be issued. You will receive a refund for the ordered items only. Also, I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. I cannot cancel your order after it has shipped.
